Organizational Assessment

In this phase we collect vital past and current data that is used to further understand and inform the work at hand. HIC reviews entails reviewing existing documents which enables us to gain an initial understanding of the treatment of employers, faculty, or students from systemically overlooked demographics.

We will develop an inclusive survey for the organization to distribute.

OPTION 2

We will conduct 1:1 confidential conversations with specific demographics and develop a trend analysis.

Support Group

OPTION 3

We will conduct focus groups and create a trend analysis based on common themes.
